My TS3 server is showing as off line when it is not:

I have tried re scanning but it wont work.
It has the correct IP and Q Port???

Please help

It does not seem to be set up correctly. Contact your host for further assistance.

I have spoken with my host and they assure me the server is set up correctly yet it is still saying it is dead.

If they actually test it, they will see that the server id is not correct. If they do not know how to actually test it, here are the following commands that can be issued via the Windows telnet client:

telnet 85.236.100.27 15884
use port=24697

Once they resolve this, and it is still not working, review the permissions in http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258
