RE: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/66.150.214.131:28960/

We had this issue about a year ago, where GameTracker would work on and off for our COD2 server (currently ranked 2nd worldwide).

Basically, it shows it as dead when it is full, with 40 to 50 people in it.

I have to manually go into the GameTracker server page at http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/66.150.214.131:28960/ and click on "update scanning parameters" to have it show it's not dead.

But then about 30 seconds later, it shows up as dead again.

Last time, you increased the frequency of scanning significantly to resolve this same issue for us.

I would appreciate your help because we are showing dead and losing rank when in fact we are full and alive.

Thank you.

Thank you!

I will follow it today and report back to you either tonight or tomorrow to confirm that its working normal.

I do recall last time you guys increased the frequency of scanning, you had to increase it on two occasions before we got it to stay working for our server. I assume we require more scanning than estimated to keep it working right.

Unfortunately, we dropped from 1st/2nd to 5th but Im sure it will go back up soon, as long as it works right.

Thanks again.
