A month ago, I had 13 servers registered and all of a sudden they started to disappear one by one. Would anyone know why? should I reregister them?

You should be able to re-add which ever servers you are referring to.

I understand that, but I need to go thru the entire process again. I was more curious to the why this happened in the first place.

did something change with GT? is there a premium membership that would help prevent that?

There were some database issues at the end of October that may have caused some to be removed. A few newly added servers had issues last week, but I'm guessing that does not apply to you.

Otherwise, the way servers can be removed are:
Manually by a user who has claimed the server
Automatically after extended downtime
