My teamspeak 3 server on my account is not showing online anymore and i need to know why. I even went as far as trying to re-add the server but it is stating can't scan server. Our server is always online and still is so I don't understand the reason it is doing this.

Please check out our guide about TS3 server scanning http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258

If you have confirmed everything is good to go and it is not working, post the IP, port, and query port here.

query port 10011

I have added this server some time back.

When you telnet'ed the server, you would have received this:

Microsoft Telnet> open 8.9.37.236 10011
Connecting To 8.9.37.236...Could not open connection to the host, on port 10011:
Connect failed
Microsoft Telnet> open 8.9.37.236 10011
Connecting To 8.9.37.236...Could not open connection to the host, on port 10011:
Connect failed

This means the port is not open.

So when you went through the guide again you should have received the following:

TS3
Welcome to the TeamSpeak 3 ServerQuery interface, type "help" for a list of comm
ands and "help <command>" for information on a specific command.
use port=9186
error id=0 msg=ok
serverinfo
error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=8471
clientlist
error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=8475
channellist
error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=8473

This means you do not have the scanning permissions set on your server.

ok next question: My teamspeak server and my bf3 servers are mine but are classed as already in your database and I can only add them as favorites. How can I gain full control of them so i can manage them in here?

You need to claim any server page you wish to manage. You can click the "None - Claim Now!" or "(claim server)" link (depending on if it is already claimed or not) to go to the page to claim the server.

For example: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/server.php?GSID=1318766

There will be a Claim Ownership button along with instructions you can see by clicking the (?) next to it.

I did that but it states that the channel is already in the database. The channel belongs to me though through gameservers. Disregard I just claimed ownership
