I have tried many times to add MOHW to the gametracker lite games list but still nothing. I have asked many times for it to be added and still nothing. If the game isn't in gametrackerlite then it will not track my stats, what is the holdup with this and/or does gametracker ever plan on adding this game to the gametrackerlite client.

GT will make every effort to support more major titles in GT Lite updates. If you'd like, you can watch for updates posted in http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&category=89550 or just wait for updates in the client. After this, I'd recommend reading the release notes so you know what has been added.
