There is a bug in GT HISTORICAL DATA Section.

Say if i open this link
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/180.150.249.114:27016/

If i open this link from India. Historical data for number of players always come straight line which means 0.

Whereas if i open this link using proxy like hidemyass.com or
If i login into my US server and there i open this link. It shows players.

I guess this issue is coming because of time difference. The server clock is not able to convert the time as per local time which in result failing to pull the data,

Historical Data - Number of Players is never correct.
The highest I ever see it is at about 7 or 8 (possibly a 9) when I know the server had a full 10 players on it for hours. Even looking at the data for a month it never shows a full server.

On your issue, keep in mind that the historical data graph shows AVERAGES, not maximums. Unless you averaged 10 players for the full hour, it would not show 10. Instead it might be closer to 9, for example.
