My TS3 server shows as dead in the status and the "channel info" shows the server as "down".
Can this be remedied? http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/38.99.180.65:9138/ Follow up: This error only occurs when server is empty.

This is not due to GT. your server is not responding correctly at the times GT is showing it as dead.

So since Gameservers (the company I rent the server from) and "GT are in bed with each other wouldn't it be cool if you guys could figure it out amongst yourselves?
