GameTracker.com is unable to query this Half-Life server: 74.91.122.68:27015

i've spoken at length with the server provider (NFO) and they assure me the query port is 27015 and that they don't block query ports.

however, this server is still not being scanned by you guys.
i tried adding it numerous times.

please help...

The GameTracker scanner is stuck waiting for more data from your server. I believe this specific problem is due to blocking outbound traffic.

I would recommend sending your server provider the following IPs, as the problem is specific to the GT scanner:
208.167.225.11, 208.167.225.12, 208.167.225.13, 108.61.78.147, 108.61.78.148, 108.61.78.149, and 108.61.78.150
or
208.167.225.0/24 and 108.61.78.0/24

These are the scanner IPs GameTracker uses. They may have accidentally blocked one or more of these IPs or it may have triggered a sensitive anti-flood mechanism. They may also want to attempt whitelisting the IPs to determine if it will help.
