When I click on my player name ( khorgoth ) I see 5 servers ( 3 black ops and 2 team fortress 2 ) but I dont play team fortress 2. I want to delete team fortress 2 servers from my profile becaouse that stats dont belong to me.

That count/link only goes by player name, as is with all other GT player stats. You'd have to contact owners of the other servers to reset those names for you, if they would be willing, but you'd still have the problem that more would be included in that list if the name appears on more servers in the future.
