Teamspeak Server Missing continuously

our teamspeak 3 server is continuously missing from gametracker we have added it about a dozen times and it continues to disappear sometimes after a month, and most recently (the past few days) where it's disappearing as soon as it's added.

Your server is currently down on GameTracker because the scanner is currently waiting for more data. Additionally, I am unable to telnet the server from my local computer.

This would be why it was deleted - the site would have deleted it after extended downtime.

You may need to whitelist GameTracker as the GameTracker scanner may trigger the server's anti-flood mechanism. This should be found in your query_ip_whitelist.txt file.

Add the following IP's (you should only add one per line):
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150
208.167.225.11
208.167.225.12
208.167.225.13

Once added, you can either restart the server or what for it to auto-refresh the white list IP's.

You may also want to ensure the IPs are not in any block list and the query port is open in the firewall.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

That's all good except that we are on the server all the time time it is never down so I'm not sure why you can't telnet it but as you can see from our website it's missing from GT again....

At the time of my last post, your server was scanning correctly from GameTracker.

Currently, it is not. It appears that you have some type of flood control mechanism that is blocking GameTracker. You will need to update your configuration to allow GameTracker.
