Gametracker could not scan the server - How can i fix it ?

I have problems with my principal server, the Ip is the following:
190.12.67.234:27015, This server cannot be scanned, but the rest of my servers can (27016 - 27018) Server is up and running, is not firewalled.

It was working find about 3 months ago, can someone help me ?

Your server is not sending a response on that port. Is the server still properly set to run on that port?

Did you add any additional plugins that may be impacting its query response?

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
