Hi all,

For the screenshots to work correctly, GT Lite must detect you in-game. Additionally, the graphics settings within the game can conflict with the screenshot system. If I recall correctly, OpenGL works best for CS 1.6.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

The "OpenGL" setting is in the CS 1.6 game video options. I believe it is under 'System' or 'Renderer'. I don't recall the exact option name.

I would suggest trying:

1. Change the video mode to "OpenGL" in CS 1.6.
2. Quit CS 1.6.
3. Quit GT Lite.
4. Restart GT Lite.
5. Start CS 1.6.
6. Try taking a screenshot.

That is the most detailed troubleshooting I can offer on this one. Hopefully it helps.

Best regards.

Hello again,

That is unfortunate. There are some more troubleshooting tips in the FAQ. See the section "I CANNOT TAKE A SCREENSHOT! (or) SCREENSHOTS DON'T WORK!" on this page: http://www.gametracker.com/downloads/faq.php

Best regards.
