Unable To Search For Players

Since your last maintenance issue and Gametracker came back online, When I search for players (Any players) nothing is coming up at all!

For instance, if I search for fellow {-TD-} players, I find nothing.........

http://www.gametracker.com/search/urbanterror/?search_by=online_player&query=%7B-TD-%7D&=GO

Same goes for my LG friends, who I know are online cause I can see which server they are on on their forums!

http://www.gametracker.com/search/urbanterror/?search_by=online_player&query=LG&=GO

Before you ask, yes my computer is upto date and yes I clear my Internet cache daily and yes, I have tried several different computers and all have the same results!

Any ideas?

Thanx in advance

Right I have found out what the problem is, I can search for players and they come about four pages down the page!

What the problem is on your website is that your margins are set wrong. Under were it says Online Player Name on the left, there is an advertisment, under this advertisment there is another box saying (ADD A SERVER TO GAMETRACKER) and this box is wider then the advertisment which forces the online player list to come further down the page.

So to stress, this is a Margin Fault on this page!

Which old web browser and what version of it are you using? Perhaps you could take a screenshot of it as well.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Thanx for getting back Burn, here are the details you requested.........

I have Windows 7 (Fully Updated)
I use IE 9 (Latest Version)
All Add-ons Disabled

I can't seem to find a way to upload a screen shot on here, so I have uploaded one to the link below...........

http://www.vic.karoo.net/Gametracker%20Search.jpg

As you can see, the advert at the bottom left of the screen is larger then the margin above it and so the list of TD'ers appear at the bottom.

Everything was working fine until you did your last lot of maintenance, then it has started to do this, it's very strange!

Thanx again for getting back to me, your a star.

Just thought I would give you an update......

I have updated my browser from Internet Explorer 9 to Internet Explorer 10 and it now works fine on my main computer.

But on my other computer, which only has Internet Explorer 9 on, I still get the same problem with the left hand advertising bar forcing the list of players to the bottom of the screen.

I ain't too bothered now as the list is back at the top on my main gaming compy.

Thanx for looking into it anyway

No problem. Reviewing this problem is still on the "to do" list. I'm glad to hear that you have a workaround in place for now.

Best regards.
