Hello, I am not sure whats up, and didn't see anything in the forums, but my GT lite will not communicate with the GT service. I have uninstalled and reinstalled....any help?

I should also let you know i have the latest version of GT, and using windows 7.

At the time of posting, the GT Lite service is available.

There is likely something blocking GT Lite on your computer or network. We offer some troubleshooting information on our FAQ:

GT Lite is unable to communicate with the GameTracker service. Please check your internet connection or contact the GT Lite support team for further assistance.
If you experience this error, it is because your version of GT Lite cannot communicate with the GameTracker service over the internet. You may have security/firewall/anti-virus software on your computer that is filtering traffic on the GT Lite process. In this case, you will need to "Allow" access to GT Lite in these types of programs.
