I don't believe there is an option to delete them. However, I believe they are only listed for about 2 weeks. If there is any delete option, it should either be on the main punkbuster screenshot gallery or in the popup window when viewing a screenshot.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
