Hi! I can't add a server CS 1.6, he is open and when I try to add it appears that:

Did you open the port in the firewall or whitelist the scanner IPs? That should be where you look to first.

After you have exhausted your options, please let us know what you have tried and the IP and Port of your server.

Otherwise we cannot really help you very much.
