hello,

I got all the query ip's from GT addc to the whitelist.
The query port is correct
the server ip and port are also correct.
But the GT keep saying is not possible to scan and say my server is dead.
About 4 days ago everything was working fine, but now is not working anymore.

Could be some problem with the last upadate of the TS3? because i think it was 2 days ago or yesterday the TS3 was updated....

I would recommend checking out the rest of our TS3 scanning guide at http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 particularly related to permissions. I am guessing that is where the issue lies.

If this does not resolve it, post the IP, port, and query port.
