Hello admins, I have a big problem.. My friend isn't able to create an account. The problem is VERIFICATION CODE. We write it correct but page tells it's not. Can you fix it or tell me what is going on with it?

I just had no problem registering a new account. Could you please let us know which web browser and version he is running so it might be able to be reproduced?

I have just tested it in Google Chrome version 26 as well without an issue. If it is still not working, you may want to try clearing the browser cache to see if it helps at all.

If it is still not working, can you take a screenshot of the verification code and your answer? (Crop out the other information like email address, etc)

I'll tell him to try deleting cache.. He told me he tried both chrome and firefox but still same problem. Later I'll talk to him and we try, I'll write something here, if doesn't work I'll send you a screenshot.
