Hello,
This server is not providing a response to the query. I would recommend you ensure nothing is blocking the port. If you are hosting this locally, you may also need to make changes in your router, if applicable. Additionally, I'd also recommend contacting your game server provider as they may have something in place to prevent the scanning on the port.
