Greeting Gametracker,
During the last couple of weeks my scans have become longer and longer sometimes, especially after a server reboot scan times can go all the way up to around 20 minutes before it finally indicates as online again. Heres a link to my server: [url]http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/74.91.116.249:2302/ I have checked with my server management staff over at NFOservers.com and checked the ports over and over again, and frankly dont find anything wrong. Like stated they used to be quite quick at scanning but have only gotten slower and slower over the last period of time. I would like this fixed as soon as possible, as our staff reports back with graphs and data regarding people playing on our server, and gametracker is only making it easier for them. But as the scans are extended data is no longer accurate. Can you by any chance place this onto your issue tracker? Looking forward to response! Best Regards, // Ussfinest |

When does this occur? It appears to be scanning normally.
Yes if your server is down when GT attempts to scan it it will lengthen the time between scans until it is seen as online. ![]() |

Hey Burn,
3 hours after we have rebooted our server it still does not scan to check the status of the server. I am sure it was online and active as I was in it for that period etc.. Like I said it didnt use to be a problem but have become an issue during the last couple of weeks. Sometimes it works like it should other days it just dont wanna scan before it reachs like 40 mins. Is there a default timer on each scan on any servers?, is it perhaps different from game to game? I can understand that ArmA it self might be an issue to scan for correct data, but like I said it used to be fine. The ArmA 2 engine can be a little slippery at times but I dont wanna judge this call on ArmA 2 as of yet. Regards, Ussfinest |
