Das you restart rank on GameTracker if HLTV server uses the program in order to fill the server and maintained average 32 players?
We say that it is not a program but hltv.org HLTV who pokreces through your computer.
Let me explain how it works.
When you stick HLTV players on the server and Tasks status command you see it in the console, but the player does not exist on the server. I think it should be banned and that those servers reboot ranks.

Dear, if you can leave me a link to a forum where they can report these servers as there are in the top 100 of about 20 such servers. I have pictures and everything.
