Well recently we had 1# UK rank and lost it due to "hacked by raiz0 www.raiz0.org" and it got deleted off gametracker... Since I claimed the server, shouldn't there be better measures to protect it from being spitefully deleted from here? Now we lost our rank which we worked bloody hard for...

I'm sorry that happened to you. GT does not have any measures in place to make it a more tedious process to delete a server. However, you will notice that your rank will be the same or similar within a week if it is just as popular, as rank does not look at any data beyond a weeks worth.
