So whats with game servers listed on this site with above 16 players, i.e. over the premium limit? Are they actually done through Gametracker (because the location does suggest that) or do people just add them on here to advertise or something (if even possible)? I understand i am probably being real stupid when it comes to this but i honestly see no clue as to what is happening with these servers.

GameTracker tracking is not just limited to users using the GT Premium service. Almost any game servers for supported games can be added.
