Recently my server was claimed by some unknown user ! At that time I was out of station. and Now I can't claim my server because my Game Hosting Control Panel is down for few days I have a screenshots that I claimed my server but It's 20-25 days old ! Can you delete my server or can you give me access to it !

Use report button at his profile, also you probably have the FTP access to the server so in that way you can change the name.

Or you can use rcon

amx_rcon rcon_password "Your rcon password"
amx_rcon hostname "new name here"

I know these all commands but the thing is my server is protected by Host Name changer due to raiz0 exploit ! In short I will need to remove that plugin ! So I can't change my server name until I won't actually get Control Panel ! I can show you the proof that I was claimed this server !
And yes as I said earlier that everything is down including FTP access also

Sorry that's the policy of gametracker. When you regain access to the panel change the server name and reclaim the server.

You can re-claim the server when you have the chance. Unfortunately claiming a server in the past does not provide evidence that you own the server page now.

I would recommend securing your account at your hosting provider and admin ingame so that users cannot change the name to claim it here.
