I have server cs 1.6 I Live in portugal, server Alocated in Portugal, but i cant add my server why? dont now!?!

Did you open port forward for your router?

This Server not located on my machine, i pay for this server to one company, i allredy addet yours IP's for scann but not helped,

If you purchase the server then ask the support to add your server and see if they did everything correct.

sure, i already have opened the ticket on support, and now i waiting to they repley-me, when i now more news whats happened i replay here

Problem is when my ISP was attaked, he losining VAC protection, and international connection is close, beacause that i cant add my server here :s thanks for always ansfering,
but problem is not on the gametracker, but yes on My ISP,
