Some guys from Polland stole the name of my server.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately GameTracker has no say in how server owners set the name of their server.

Yes i know that, but you must have some protection for duplicate names.
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/80.72.36.252:28960/ that server has no ownership and that is fake server ( with name of my server ), and delete this server from tracking. |

If you own legal rights to the name, you may want to try to contact their host somehow to inform them. I am sorry that we cannot do anything for that empty server.
