I just add my server for first time and then i turn off to add/remove some plugin and then i turn on hlds normaly after that i go to gametracker and then i found my server dead but i just turn on it @@ Help plz

The server in your favorites is not responding to a query.

I would recommend checking the following:

1. The server is still accessible at the same IP & Port
2. The appropriate port is open in the firewall

I found out why it's because i don't update scan
