I am the owner of Xeneum-Servers.com. Our business is currently new to the market, and our customer database is still slowly growing, but it has come to are attention that you reset on of my clients Killing floor Server Rankings without contacting myself, or them individually. Now their rank is all the back at the end of the server list. Which is no way far to them, putting in the effort to get it to the rank it was originally. (Instead of the 300-400 rank is was at.) I would like the rank put back, or replaced for them because this reflects badly on my business. This is total uncalled for. Is their a way to be setup as a partner of game tracker so this does not happen again?

Servers can be deleted in the following cases:

1. Server was automatically removed after extended downtime
2. Server was manually removed by you or any user who has the ability to claim it
3. Server was banned from the site
4. Server was deleted due to minor abuse

Based on the server you added to your favorites (if that is the server you did not mention), you can narrow this down to number 1 or 2. I recommend you look into solving the root cause of that so it does not happen again.

The server will regain its rank within a week as rank only looks at that amount of time.
