Hi,
I'm hosting Crysis Server on my own, locally (from the PC). I've managed to add the server to GT Database, but somehow I can't claim it. It gives me "Could not scan server" error. Are there any additional ports that I need to open in order for GT to scan the server? |

GameTracker needs the query port opened. Please open 21330 in your firewall, and GT will be able to scan it. (The page should switch to showing offline soon since GT can no longer scan it).

I opened it successfully. Still, it won't scan my server again, the ticker goes above 20 minutes after the last scan. I'm trying to delete it and add it again.

I'm guessing one of the scanner IPs is blocked in your system: 208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 You can test scan the server using HLSW if you would like (make sure you are not on the same network when trying). ![]() |

I added it again successfully, which means 21330 is open. Windows Firewall is only active, and I can't block IPs there, only ports. Therefore, I'm assuming all of those IPs you mentioned now are allowed. I've changed the server name to the one that GT wants me to when claiming the server, yet still I receive the same error.

Your server does not seem to be allowing GT to scan it after it is added. Perhaps you have a very sensitive anti-flood mechanism at work?

Okay. I managed to claim it, don't know how. However, GT doesn't seem to be scanning my server anymore. Just that one time when I added the server and that was the last one.
EDIT: Sorry, my bad. Works just fine. Updates every 10 minutes. Case closed! |

It does seem to be working properly now, scanning every few minutes. Your server is no longer blocking scanners after the first scan. Good job on resolving that.
