Our BF3 and BF2 server banners are not updating any reason why???

now the server is showing offline when its online, wierd thing it shows also offline on gameservers so i donno who this problem is refering to and dont tell me to turn on the server like last time we dont take the real rank

i have one problem with my server the last two days it doesnt take the rank and when its up and running it show the server offline i want to fix this problem soon as imposible

There was a dip in the scanning earlier today, but scanning should be back to normal now. Feel free to reply back if there are any further issues.
