Teamspeak 3 problem

Our Teamspeak 3 server has always shown up on game tracker but for some reason its showing down and has been showing that for 2 weeks now, any Ideas?? I know its not our end we have checked everything and nothing has changed here is our Teamspeak: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/69.174.243.19:14002/

It seems to be a firewall configuration issue. I am not even able to open a telnet session to test scanning permissions

Please verify that there is nothing blocking scanning on your query port 10006. If you changed your query port, you can adjust it on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/69.174.243.19:14002/manage/

No firewall, I use ts3 snyc for BF3 jsut find, tsviewer just fine, nothing has changed

If you have nothing blocking the port 10006 and 10006 is still the correct query port, it should be scanning. The only server on that IP on tsviewer is offline.

You can check on HLSW by entering 69.174.243.19:14002:10006/TS3 and find that it cannot be scanned. I've also tried other typical query ports, including 10011 and 9100.

I would recommend contacting your provider since you claim nothing on your end is blocking that port. As you can see, I've confirmed multiple times from multiple sources that it cannot be scanned.
