If you're referring to the server showing down as a "bug," this is not a bug. You need to open the port in your firewall.

If you are wanting to change the port, you cannot change the join port of a server page. Since you have no stats to migrate (since it is unclaimed), the best option is to just add the new information at http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

With your new server, I would recommend claiming it so that stats are accumulated and you have the option to migrate that player history to a new server or setup a DNS address so that the IP (not port) is automatically updated when it changes.
