I have been seeing many questions here about claiming a server. I have the same problem as the others. I have two BF4 servers and one added no problem with the correct ip, port and query port. The other came back as owned by another clan with the same server port and required information as I supplied. I checked with my host and he said to check with you people.

As stated, Im seeing this problem being reported here by various other people so it is obviously a problem that needs to be figured out to prevent it from happening. I have had many different servers listed here with no problems so I know that the system generally works very well. Please look into this and help us and me out.
