How can i remove a Game from "Game Hours" and "Recent Activity"?
I dont wanna have any Game in it!

There is no way to hide an individual one at this time. However, if desired you can hide the entire block by clicking hide at the top of it.

Its not possible to hide the Activity.

One thing you can do is on your profile set "Profile Viewable By" to friends only.
