Hello

Having trouble setting up a server on gametracker.

Gametracker does actually connect to teamspeak but then instantly drops with "Connection Lost"

and then Gametracker follows up to give me an error

I've checked and the Server IP/Join Port/Query Port is correct

Help is appreciated, thanks.

Error message:
<22:46:04> "Unknown from 208.167.241.186:53395" connected to channel "[cspacer]LOBBY"
<22:46:04> "Unknown from 208.167.241.186:53395" is now known as "GameTracker"
<22:46:04> "GameTracker" dropped (connection lost)

Server IP: 173.192.87.51
Join Port: 4679
Query Port: 10012

We have a guide linked to in the "Add server" error that will help you out.

http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258

This guide will tell you the permissions you need to set correctly (which will solve the add issue), as well as tell you how to hide server query clients (which will solve the scanner showing up issue).
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Well I host my server with Lightspeed and they don't allow you to tamper with the firewall and I think it's on by default, they also don't allow whitelisting =/

So I think that's the problem, I am getting an "Connection refused" error message

Please review my quoted comment.

You need to:

1. Setup the permissions properly

2. Hide query clients (optional)
