first of all i would like to introduce myself with few words.
My name is Dario also known as atrox.Blashyrkh in Croatian and European communities & i'm manager of Atrox e-Sports Association™.

Recently we've organized tournament in CoD4 with PC peripherlas as main prizes. Everything was perfect with the tournament and server itself until today when we wanted to check status and rankings of players. Server was gone, nowhere to be found. Without any traces.

Now, i've red the Terms of Service 3 times today and i haven't found any article which could be potentially violated by our e-Sports Organization.

Maybe it was a bug or something like that. I purely doubt that GameTracker would remove it without any confirmation or agreement from our side.

Further on, we trully need our server back here at GameTracker and some feedback from Your side i.e. what happened with it.

Why we need it? Well, in order to give away prizes we must have players information to see who is the winner, runner-up and who was placed on a third place.

I am kindly asking for Your answer.

Servers can be deleted in the following cases:

1. Server was automatically removed after extended downtime
2. Server was manually removed by you or any user who has the ability to claim it
3. Server was banned from the site
4. Server was deleted due to minor abuse

I can assure you it was not either 3 or 4.

So, case 3 and 4 are out of the picture same as 1 and 2.
The other two associates have rights to control / modify server.

They didn't do anything to server or here at GameTracker to make it unavailable. I can freely guarantee everything stated above with my 12 years experience in gaming industry.

Can You somehow check what's happened or can You at least provide us with players rankings (if You have access to it)? Is there any way to investigate this situation?
