Unable to sync teamspeak players

Hi, I have a teamspeak server I just moved to NY from Chicago. I updated the DNS record first, it did not update the IP after a few hours, so I added the new server by DNS this time! ... Now I wanted to sync player stats and it's saying " No available servers " ... I have 2 teamspeak 3 servers, I claimed both already.. What's the problem?

GT will only check the DNS if it sees it as down. Otherwise it will check it once per day to see if the IP has changed.

DNS doesn't propagate globally immediately. It may take some time and GT would not notice it until then.

I do also notice that neither of the 2 TS servers in your favorites are setup with a DNS in GameTracker. Assuming this is the old server, http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/216.52.148.11:11570/ , I would recommend setting the DNS address.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
