I have changed the location of my server with NFO from LA to Seattle and now it does not see it. How do I change the IP address as changing just the Query port does not work?

Do I have to reclaim it and if so do I lose all the player stats?

You can do one of the following:

1. Start over

2. Use the "Migrate Stats" feature found on the same page you claim the server on. Importantly, migrate from the OLD to the NEW.

3. Setup a DNS address on the OLD page so that when the server is down or the IP of the DNS changes, it changes to the new one.
