I have a customer which is confused of our reliability, since the tracker on his server shows the wrong location. If GeoIp is incorrect, users are free to claim it and adjust it. One thing to keep in mind is that GeoIp is never 100% correct. When it is incorrect, you can typically examine the tracert to see the country codes involved in the route.
