TeamSpeak 3 Server Not Scanning - Pls Help

No details have changed on my server and for some strange reason it no longer scans. I have checked that with my firewall settings and there is no change to how I had it before it stopped scanning. The server is online and accessible, Gametracker for some reason is just not able to connect to it.

Could I please get some assistance? Thank you so much in advance.

Your server responds with the following when using telnet:

TS3
Welcome to the TeamSpeak 3 ServerQuery interface, type "help" for a list of comm
ands and "help <command>" for information on a specific command.

I'd guess your server is either down or not running on that port.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

If you try to connect to that IP you will find that you can indeed connect to our Teamspeak server.



Above is a copy of my server running. I've restarted it a few times since my original post but as you can see it has been running under that IP and Port. Something else has to be going on.

You seem to have resolved the issue on your end. Let me know if you have further questions or want to share what settings were at fault.

I updated my servers Teamspeak 3 to the latest version yesterday and it resolved the problem I was having. Others that find their servers not showing up in their banners should consider checking to see if they are up to date.
