Hello,
My friend has a problem with his server (185.36.169.68:27076). Basically GT can't scan his server, although it's still up and running. Recently I've been told there had been a crash and some people couldn't connect to it, including me. A few hours after the incident, I could finally access it, but the problem on GT still hasn't vanished. It occured yesterday and I thought it would disappear by now, but I guess I'm wrong. I hope you could fix it or at least lead me to solution. konchak PS. I'm writing instead of my friend because he's not fluent in English, so he asked me. |

That IP is not allowing scanning on that port.
1. Is the firewall port open? 2. If hosted from home, has portforwarding been set up in the router? If applicable. 3. If hosted from home, has the IP of the hoster changed? Most ISPs provide dynamic IPs. ![]() |

1. It should be, because many different websites can obtain information, but not this one.
2. & 3. It's hosted by a company Pukawka.pl. I told my friend to write to them and ask if any changes have been made. Now we're waiting for their response. It's 8 pm. I don't expect them to write back any time soon. At least they should in a morning. |

Seems their website is down. Perhaps it is related.

There is no possibility that it's down, because we have a few more servers hosted by them and they all work perfectly fine, i.e:
1. 31.186.82.162:27116 2. 46.29.21.88:27126 3. 193.33.177.18:27046 As you can see, the problem lies only with that one server. |

Very interesting. You may want to provide that information to your host, so perhaps it will help locate the issue.
I have indeed confirmed that smaller tracking websites cannot find your server. You can also confirm that it is not a GT bug by reviewing http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query=185.36.169.68 Good luck. ![]()
