Hey guys,


I've got a problem with adding our server.
If I do an ip search with the port it find a server which is not ours. (under the name: i3D.net - NxR HC TDM 24/7 OP LOCKER ONLY - 300 TICKETS - )
After a little researsch on battlelog I found that the query port is completely wrong of the other server, but we share the same IP.
Can someone please correct this?

Information about both servers:

Our server we wan't to claim:
ip: 213.163.78.223
Game port: 25504
Query port: 25509

The server it finds on port 25509, which actually is port 25500:
ip: 213.163.78.223
Port: 25500

Due to this problem I can't claim our server, even if the name of the server is changed to 'GameTrackerClaimServer' according to battlelog, the i3d.net dashboard and RCon.

If there are any question, I'll be glad to answer them.

Never mind my post, I thought I had to fill in the game port at join port, but the join port is the same as the query port.
