The server is located at 216.52.143.72:25200.

I've tried adding it numerous times over the last few days, and still no luck. Our old server with the same port worked fine. Checked the firewall on the new server and it's not blocking anything...

I would greatly appreciate it.

Are you entering the correct query port? You may need to contact your server provider to ask what it is.
