I had two servers with good ranking, one of them was top100 in world and top10 in my countery (Poland).
I dont know why but those two servers was delete from gametrakcer and from my server list in profile.
The stats got reset and we lose our position.

eFantazja CS 1.6 [4FUN] | IP: 79.133.192.43:27042
eFantazja CS 1.6 [FFA] | IP: 31.186.84.130:27015

As you can see both servers are on the differend ip from the differend host.

Is anyway to recovered statistics for those servers?
Please help us!

Servers can be deleted in the following cases:

1. Server was automatically removed after extended downtime
2. Server was manually removed by you or any user who has the ability to claim it
3. Server was banned from the site
4. Server was deleted due to minor abuse

We are not able to recover stats which have been permanently removed.

Not possible, both servers are up 24/7

Only i claimed those servers and i didnt delete them.

In the same time when rank on GT got reset, we had problem with amxbans data base.
Have you got any idea what was happend?

Thanks for checking through the items. Based on your response, the most likely culprit is number 2. As a precaution, you may want to change your admin password and/or examine the possibility of one of your admins having done it. Depending on the game, you may be able to determine if the server name was changed by searching through the server logs.

Hopefully it brings comfort to you that rank only looks at a week of data. This means that within the next week your servers will be back to the same rank if they are just as popular. We are unable and unwilling to fudge any data to put a certain rank on your server.
