I understand that gametracker comes in periodically to monitor different teamspeak servers however one came in the other day on my server and joined it then left like 200-300 times over spamming the hell out of our teamspeak annoying my users why do you have to join/leave the server so many times to do routine montinoring? can u make more subtle to not annoy people?

The GameTracker scanner scans your server every couple of minutes. If you do not want this, you can turn off query. If you just want to turn off server query clients from showing, visit our Teamspeak 3 forum and locate the sticky topic in the server administration section for help.
