Hi, I have searched quite a lot to find an answer.. could this be clarified a bit more:

I have read about 'fake players' and bots
"GT will derank servers if the server runs fake players or bots which are not detected on the server page"

I assume 'fake players' are something that a server is reporting to try increase its server ranking.
Does this mean that I can put bots on my server, as long as they can be detected as being bots?

Can (or how do) I run a server with bots without being 'deranked'?

I have SourceTV on my server, if there are say 10 people connected through SourceTV, will they count as 10 fake clients or will they simply be ignored?

If GT is able to detect bots / fake players (if it has the BOT tag), it is not counted toward rank. Therefore there is no need to derank a server in this case.

If there are more than three bots / fake players which are not detected as bots, the server will likely be deranked.

To run a server with bots and not get deranked, the best option would be to use a plugin which reports players as bots. I don't know the plugins available to provide further information.
