I have no clue how to use this when i load it it goes multiplayer menu screen instead of lobby how do i do this any one able to help please

Make sure you're using the latest version of GT Lite - which can be found here: http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=63638

Once GT Lite is installed and has detected your DayZ mod installation, you can join servers by clicking the join button here: http://www.gametracker.com/search/dayzmod/

If the server you are trying to connect to is a different version than your DayZ mod client, I believe you get reverted back to the main menu.
