Hi!

my server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/66.151.138.149:2302/manage/

has changed IP (moved from san jose to chicago) and so now i have a new IP which should be

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/162.248.92.211:2302/manage/

i would like to just change the old ip to the new ip so the rank, player stats and everything else can stay. any help would be great.

This does not appear to be a bug report. Moved to help & faq. Please indicate the bug report you found?

You can use the Migrate stats option if you have claimed the new server as well which will transfer player stats only.

You can set up the DNS feature for the old server page, change the IP the dns points to to the new one, and then GT will automatically change the IP the page points to to the new one. This will move rank and player stats.

can you give me any tutorials or links as to how i can do that? i have an IP address but no DNS yet... i'm hosting with nfoservers

also i don't have access to the old IP since it was a server location transfer and i can't get back to my old IP.
