I wanna put my server on gametracker, my host service told all is alright with config, RCON, ip, online, s.l.t.

But when i put ADD SERVER, appear an error .

IP: 27.50.71.189
Port: 25565
RCON/ADMIN Port: 25566

Your server is not responding to the query. I also tried with a query port of 25565 with no success. A few possible options as mentioned in the error message you read:

1. Firewall is not open on that port (likely). GameTracker will not be able to get around a firewall.
2. You have not properly set the configuration options you read in http://www.gametracker.com/games/minecraft/forum.php?thread=58741
3. You run MCPC+ which occasionally bugs the query protocol.
