I currently run a GSP and our IP range 5.101.136.0/24 is showing as Russia on your site when it's Great Britain.

Can this be updated as we get quite a lot of complaints about sites that are reporting the incorrect information.

GeoIP databases are never 100% correct. GameTracker will periodically update it's database, but I am not aware of when the next time will occur.

In the meantime, server owners have the ability to claim their servers and adjust the flag if it is not correct. If your customers run into difficulty managing their server page's, feel free to direct them to our forums.

As the its a /24 range that's 255 different IPs that need to be updated by each individual owner, are you able to give a better estimate on the time to fix as the claim server option is not feasible.
